2014 has been a truly wonderful year for me. I have attended so many special weddings and to have won the title of 2014 Best Wedding Videographer in England at The Wedding Industry Awards was the icing on the cake.
This year after winning the regional award for the East of England I couldn't quite convert this into the national prize and was beaten by a worthy winner from up north who won again after scooping the national in 2013. (This means it's my turn next year, right?)
Although I never expected to win, I was obviously a little bit disappointed and considered not writing this blog post as I've never been a particularly good loser. Then, I got to read your amazing comments from the judging process and felt like a winner again.
Thank you all so much for taking the time to vote and write such nice things about my work. To have scored an average of either 9.9 or 10 out of 10 in every category blew me away.
I'll see you in 2015. It's going to be a belter.
